Dense pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Red to black currant aromas laced with mint mingle with spicy vanillin cedar, earth, faint tobacco and bay leaf notes. Elegant red to black currant fruits are featured across the mid weighted palate with infusions of mint and bay leaf, delicate earth and spicy vanillin cedar also evident. Fine grained yet sturdy tannin structure finishing with good freshness and energy on the refined aftertaste.
