Bright straw toned colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, red apple skin and musk mix with hints of honeysuckle. Flavours of ripe pear and red apple carry a fullish mouth feel with some quince and light musk lingering on the back half. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a spicy well rounded aftertaste.
