2022 Mulline Nouveau Pinot Noir

Includes 15% whole bunch fruit with maturation taking place in old oak for a period of 4 months. Dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a bright youthful looking purple red hue. Sailing from the glass are freshly crushed cherry and raspberry scents which meld into some earth, clove and spice notes. Light, fresh and playful the palate features delicately spiced cherry and raspberry fruits over infusions of fresh herbs and earth. Lively acidity lending a gentle tang to the fresh, sappy aftertaste.
