2022 Mr Riggs Mrs Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw in colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear, red apple skin and lime are followed by a faint whiff of dried honey and spice. Fleshy pear and Jonathan apple fruits are backed by lively acidity with notions of lime and wet slate lying underneath. Nicely textured it finishes dry and refreshing.
Drink over the next year.
