Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nectarine and dried honey aromas show good elevation with some biscuity oak, nougat and subtle gun flint also evident. Showing nice flesh, the mid weighted palate features nectarine, pear and bees wax flavours over delicate biscuity oak, traces of lemon butter and gun flint. Concludes with good freshness and a faintly cream tinged finish.
