2022 Mountadam Vineyards Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle hints of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple scents intermingle with faint honeysuckle and quince notes. Rich and texturally luscious the palate is awash with ripe pear and red apple fruits. Notions of honeysuckle, subtle infusions of musk and spice ensue. Brisk acidity with a long spicy, generously weighted finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
