Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe lime, orange rind and citrus scents have a wet steel overlay with some chalky talc and mineral notes also evident. Zesty lemon and lime flavours are underpinned by mineral infused acidity that shows laser like focus. Some orange rind and wet steel characters line the back half. Finishes dry and steely with a sizzlingly crisp Granny Smith apple like conclusion.
