2022 Moorilla Praxis Series My Mum Throws Harder Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the edges. Intense passionfruit, gooseberry and green apple scents are interwoven with herbaceous grassy mineral like notes. Light and racy, flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, lime zest and Granny Smith apple are energised by zippy mineral infused acidity with some grassy asparagus like elements lingering underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with good length and an electric feel.
