Midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of ripe blackberry, liquorice and black cherry escape from the glass followed by hints of toasty vanillin oak, earth and pepper. Rich opulently textured blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits swamp the palate with vanillin oak, subtle scorched earth and pepper elements lying underneath. Ripe velvety yet sturdy tannin structure with a generously fruited mid length finish.
