2022 Ministry of Clouds Tempranillo Grenache

A blend of 79% Tempranillo and 21% Grenache matured in a mixture of concrete eggs, old French oak puncheons and foudres for 6 months. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a vibrant purple red hue. Fragrant red to dark raspberry, liquorice, dark cherry and scorched earth scents stream from the glass followed by fresh herb and spice notes. The delicious palate is flooded with succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits. Subtle vanillin cedar, infusions of fresh herbs and peppered earth elements sit beneath. A sleek, juicy feel is complimented by polished tannins. The expressive conclusion bursting with freshness.
