Partially fermented in seasoned oak barrels to provide additional texture and body. Bright pale straw colour with touches of green to the edges and a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are pear, apple and musk aromas followed by subtle honeysuckle and quince notes. Luscious pear, ripe apple and musk flavours roll around the mouth with plenty of intensity. Notions of honeysuckle and spicy quince flow underneath. Dry to off dry finish with a burst of fresh acidity lending an energetic feel to the long aftertaste.
