Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Pronounced lime, green apple and citrus aromas enchant the senses with some orange rind and flinty mineral notes also present. Zesty lime, citrus and red apple fruits race across the palate with some zingy mineral characters lingering underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a crunchy, mouth watering aftertaste.
