Fruit was sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula. Bright very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced pear, lime and green apple aromas are followed by a whiff of musk. Zippy pear and green apple fruits are underscored by citrusy mineral infused acidity. Finishes dry and crisp with a zingy aftertaste.
