Aged for 11 months on lees in 60% new French oak. Bright yellow straw colour with a subtle greenish tone to the edges and a watery hue. Intense peach and ripe nectarine aromas mix with honeycomb, roasted almond, lemon butter and delicate spicy crème brulee notes. Rich and creamy textured yet possessing good underlying freshness the palate is well endowed with flavours of peach, nectarine, dried honey, roasted almond, crème brulee and spice. Long richly textured yet fresh finish.
