Brilliant pale straw colour with subtle flashes of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Atractive pear and lime scents meld with notions of wet slate and an oyster shell like minerality. Fresh and slatey in its feel across the palate, pear, lime and green apple flavours are featured over infusions of fresh herbs, wet stone and an oyster shell like minerality. Finishes dry with refreshening acidity and a brisk stony mineral laced conclusion.
