2022 Langmeil Three Gardens Grenache Shiraz Mataro

A blend 44% Grenache, 34% Shiraz, 19% Mataro, 1% Carignan, 1% Counoise and 1% Cinsault sourced from 10-100 plus year old vines with maturation taking place in seasoned oak for a period of 11 months.
Dense pitch black heart with a deep dark red purple hue. Alluring scents of dark raspberry, plum and liquorice mix with blueberry, vanillin confectionary and subtle spicy earth notes. Rich dark raspberry, dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits have a plush feel with delicate scorched earth and vanillin spice elements lying underneath. Velvet smooth tannins with a juicy, fleshy conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
