2022 La Chablisienne Chablis La Pierrelee

A beautifully rounded Chablis that show impressive concentration and has a long stony mineral laden finish.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Delightful scents of pear, lime and subtle dried honey intermingle with wet stone and mineral notes. Beautifully rounded and quite full in it’s mouth feel, delicious fleshy pear, lime and delicate dried honey flavours overlay a stony mineral back drop. Excellent concentration with brisk underlying acidity and a long shapely finish that’s layered with stony mineral characters.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
