Aged in barrel for 6 months. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Spicy dark to black cherry and liquorice aromas intermingle with incense, earth and Mediterranean herb notes. Juicy dark, sour and morello cherry fruits meld into a back drop of red liquorice, earthy incense like characters and Mediterranean herbs. Medium bodied it has a bright fleshy feel and concludes with a vibrant dark fruited aftertaste.
