Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish toned edges and a watery hue. Lifted spicy peach and pear aromas mix with hints of pineapple and bees wax. Light and fresh with green apple, pear and pineapple fruits to the fore it has a slightly waxy textural feel with notions of honeysuckle and wet stone lying underneath. Finishes dry with lively acidity and minerality. Refreshing mid length aftertaste.
