Brilliant water like core with a greenish tint to the edges. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas jump out of the glass trailed by some orange rind, talc and subtle steely mineral notes. Crunchy lemon and lime fruits race across the mouth watering palate with chalky talc and subtle orange rind characters lingering on the dry, steely mineral infused finish. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste that’s long, intensely flavoured and zesty.
