Dense inky black colour with a bright dark purple hue. Aromas of liquorice and freshly crushed dark cherries evolve from the glass trailed by some mint, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Rich ripe dark cherry and liquorice fruits are overwhelmed by toasty vanillin oak on the back half with some spice also evident. Polished tannins with a toasty vanillin oak dominated conclusion.
