2022 Kilikanoon Killerman’s Run Shiraz

A rich, juicy Clare Valley Shiraz flush with dark to black fruit.

Matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads for 12 months. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Wafting through the nostrils are heady scents of liquorice, dark plum and dark chocolate trailed by some vanillin cedar, subtle scorched earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich and juicy, the medium to full bodied palate is flush with liquorice and dark plum fruits. Some black cherry, vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered fennel elements lurk in the background. Velvety tannins with an opulently fruited pepper laced finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
