Brilliant water like colour with subtle tinges of green around the edges. Intense lime and citrus aromas engulf the nostrils with orange rind, chalky talc and minerals in hot pursuit. The snappy palate features tense lime, citrus and orange rind flavours which are underpinned by zippy acidity. Finishes dry and crisp with chalky talc and mineral characters lingering on the racy aftertaste.
