2022 Kate Hill Huon Valley Pinot Noir

Matured for 12 months in French oak. Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a bright red hue. Alluring and highly perfumed the nose features captivating scents of violets, red to dark cherries and strawberries followed by subtle forest floor, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Juicy dark cherry and strawberry fruits make a supple entrance onto the moreish palate with some anise, infusions of fresh herbs, delicate forest floor and spicy cedar ensuing. Velvet smooth tannins. Excellent power wave finishing long, fresh and succulently fruited.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
