2022 Juniper Crossing Original White

A blend of 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc with 2% of the Sauvignon Blanc fermented in barrel. Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas are trailed by some grassy asparagus and faint pencil shaving notes. Fresh vibrant gooseberry and citrus fruits are intermeshed with herbaceous grassy like characters and asparagus. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a refreshingly savoury aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Always a solid performer. Delights with tangy citrus and tropical fruit flavours alongside wafts of jasmine and lemon blossom. There’s succulence and juiciness as much as texture here. Drink by 2024.
