2022 Joshua Cooper Cabernet Rose

Cabernet Sauvignon saignee of fruit from Dash Farms, post a six hour soak on skins. Again gastronomic and textured, this offers an extra degree of structure, complexity and potential to age into the medium term.
Intense and evocative aromatics of currant, gravel, sweet green herb, spice and violet precede a palate of great texture, length and balance. This wine will become more savoury, and complex with time in bottle. A very serious rose style. Please decant if drinking young.
