2022 John Duval Plexus Roussanne Marsanne Viognier

A blend of 57% Roussanne, 3% Marsanne and 12% Viognier with thirty percent of the wine aged in French oak for 7 months. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Drifting out of the glass are peach and apricot scents which intermingle with some honeysuckle, citrus and spice notes. Fleshy textured flavours of pear, peach and apricot meld into subtle honeysuckle and ginger spice characters. Finishes dry and fresh with vibrant acidity and an elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
