2022 Jim Barry Single Vineyard The Farm Cabernet

A refined, mid weighted Clare Cabernet with red to black fruits and an elegant finish.

Matured for 12 months in French oak. Dense pitch black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Red to black currant, red plum and ripe mulberry aromas sail out of the glass followed by some cedary tobacco, earth and mint notes. The refined, mid weighted palate features red to black currant and red plum fruits over red liquorice, mulberry, vanillin cedar, delicate tobacco, mint and spicy earth characters. Fine grained tannins with an elegant medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
