2022 Indigo Beechworth Pinot Grigio

Bright straw colour with a subtle apricot tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple skin aromas mix with quince and spice. Full and round texturally, fleshy pear and red apple flavours meld into a spicy quince back drop with a touch of honeysuckle also evident. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a lengthy aftertaste that has some spice to it.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
