Juicy red to black fruits framed by chalky tannins with lively acidity and a rustic finish that has a firm, gritty feel.
Made from predominately Sangiovese. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and black olive mix with scorched earth, tobacco and spicy dried herb notes. Medium bodied, juicy red to black currant and cherry fruits are framed by chalky tannins. Tobacco, earth and spicy dried herb elements linger in the background. Lively acidity with a rustic finish that has a firm, gritty feel.
