Made with fruit from Langhorne Creek and Limestone Coast. Midnight black heart with a deep dark red hue. Black cherry, liquorice and black olive scents stem from the glass with some dried meat and herb notes also present. Energetic red to dark cherry and liquorice fruits are underpinned by lively acidity and chewy tannins. Earth, dried herb and spice characteristics extend across the back half. Sinewy feel with a savoury, tightly wound finish.
