Certified organic with 45% of the blend matured in neutral French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up aromas of guava and pineapple which intermix with some asparagus and grassy notes. Zippy citrus, guava and grapefruit flavours are underscored by racy acidity with some herbaceous asparagus like characters lingering on the back half. Finishes dry and zesty.
