Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Intense lime juice, lemon and Granny Smith apple aromas are followed by some talc and subtle steely mineral notes. Focused yet concentrated flavours of lime juice and green apple are intermeshed with some lemon, wets steel and chalky mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with a mouth watering aftertaste.
