2022 Grampians Estate Mafeking Shiraz

Matured in French and American oak. Inky black heart with a deep dark purple hue. Fragrant freshly crushed dark cherry, plum and red liquorice scents sail out of the glass followed by some vanillin cedar, violet and peppered earth notes. Rich, fresh and juicy textured the mid weighted palate is flooded with red plum and red liquorice fruits which sit confidently over a fresh herb infused back drop of earth and pepper. Bright acidity and polished tannins with an energised fruit driven conclusion.
