Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges. Zesty lime, green apple and lemon sherbet like scents are trailed by talc and steely mineral notes. Crunchy lime, citrus and spicy green apple fruits are underscored by steely mineral infused acidity which lends a taut feel. Finishes dry and very crisp with a long aftertaste that’s both tense and minerally.
