Made from Grenache, Mourvedre and Carignan. Translucent salmon pink colour. Mineral laced aromas of red raspberry, cranberry, water melon and wet slate emanate from the glass. Supplely textured, delicious raspberry, strawberry and water melon fruits grace the palate with some stony mineral elements lying underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a refreshingly spicy aftertaste.
