Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime juice, red apple and citrus scents emanate from the glass followed by hints of orange blossom and slatey mineral notes. Taut in its feel, lime juice, green to red apple and lemon flavours are underscored by steely acidity with a lingering flinty mineral character on the dry focused finish.
