Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime, green apple and orange rind aromas mix with chalky talc like notes. Mouth filling lime and citrus flavours are underscored by crunchy acidity with some orange zest and flinty mineral characters also apparent. Finishes dry and zippy with a crisp lemon and lime aftertaste.
