2022 Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Chardonnay

Wild yeast fermented and matured in barrel for 8 months. A brilliant almost water like core is surrounded by distinctive green toned edges. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and gun flint drift through the nostrils trailed by faint dried honey, biscuity oak and subtle citrusy nougat notes. Mid weighted the palate is both fresh and refined in its feel featuring white peach and citrus fruits over nectarine, infusions of gun flint, delicate biscuit and citrusy nougat elements. Understated in its power it finishes long and elegant.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
