2022 Express Winemakers Drinking Wine Red

Syrah and Pinot Noir grapes are picked early for freshness, and pressed into tanks for spontaneous fermentation. Malbec grapes are added later (picked riper to add structure to the blend), and after a short maturation period in stainless steel, the wine is bottled. Expect playful flavours of cherries, red liquorice, and cream soda, balanced by fresh acidity.

Syrah mostly here, direct pressed and then steeped on malbec skins. For gluttonous drinking and noisy slurping. Drink with a chill too, if it pleases.
Crunchy, sour red berry orientated red of deliciousness and easy drinking nature. Super fresh! Vibrant! Thirst-quenching! Easy drinking and crisp. Great energy and fine detail to boot. Fantastic times. Drink 2022 - 2024.
