Midnight black heart with a dark red hue. Elevated blackcurrant aromas intermingle with mulberry, plum, tobacco, earthy black olive and spicy dried herb notes. Rich blackcurrant, liquorice and ripe mulberry fruits are layered across the palate with admirable concentration and flesh. Vanillin cedar, tobacco, earth and spicy dried herb characters lie underneath. A dry, sturdy tannin structure lends firmness across the generous yet robust finish.
