Brilliant water like core with a greenish tint to the edges. Lemon and lime aromas are followed by some orange rind, talc and chalky mineral notes. Racy lime and citrus fruits burst across the palate with plenty of intensity. Some orange rind, chalky talc and flinty mineral characters are also present. Dry, crunchy finish with a long mouth watering aftertaste.
