Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Jumping out of the glass are lemon, lime and green apple scents with some orange rind, talc and steely mineral notes also chiming in. Scrumptious lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple flavours race across the mouth watering palate with chalky talc and flinty mineral characters lying underneath. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a long tense aftertaste.
