Brilliant water like colour with highlights of green around the edges. Lime, lemon and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some subtle chalky talc and mineral notes. Crunchy lime juice and lemon flavours are underscored by piercing steely mineral infused acidity with some Granny Smith apple also present. Finishes very dry and tense with a long steely aftertaste.
