Dark red core with black toned edges and a light red to red hue. Perfumed scents of violet are interwoven with red to dark cherry, winter strawberry, fresh herb, delicate earth, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Light in body and possessing an elegant feel, savoury red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits are featured over an earth, vanillin cedar, subtle dried herb and spice back drop. Good underlying freshness with slightly grainy tannins lending a gentle rustic feel to the long, deeply fruited yet refined finish.
