2022 Domaine Chantemerle Chablis Vieille Vignes

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of pear, lime and wet slate intermingle with delicate dried honey and oyster shell like notes. Beautifully shaped the palate features pear, green apple and lime fruits over traces of dried honey, wet stone, fresh herbs and an oyster shell like minerality. Brisk acidity with a nicely rounded river stone like feel to the long finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
