2022 Delatite Deadman’s Hill Gewurztraminer

Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and lychee are overlaid by smoky gun flint like notes and spicy ginger. Rich lychee, pear and musk flavours show ample viscosity across the palate underscored by lively, crisp acidity. Infusions of gun flint and ginger lie on the back half. Finishes off dry and spicy with a medium to long aftertaste that shows some heat.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
