Fruit was sourced from Rutherglen and the King Valley. Brilliant very pale straw coloured core with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose presents aromas of pear, green apple and lime with some wet stone and fresh herb accents also present. Brisk pear, lime and green apple fruits overlay a subtle wet stone back drop. Dry finish with crisp acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
