Nicely shaped yet fresh in its feel across the palate with lively acidity engaging the energetic finish.
Matured in new and used French oak casks. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Expressive white peach, pear and dried honey scents drift through the nostrils followed by some citrus and flint notes. Mid weighted fleshy white peach and pear fruits sit over a delicate citrusy dried honey and flint back drop. Nicely shaped yet fresh in its feel across the palate with lively acidity engaging the energetic finish.
