Dense midnight black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated dark plum and liquorice aromas are followed by toasty vanillin oak, hints of mocha and peppered fennel. Rich fleshy dark plum and liquorice fruits carry medium to full body weight with fennel, vanillin cedar and pepper characters sitting underneath. Fine grained tannins. Good freshness with a juicy pepper laced finish.
